Singer/songwriter/vocal producer/manager Shari Short has worked with and written for; Miley Cyrus, Jessica Simpson, Lauv, Ariana Grande, Jhay Cortez, James Arthur, Danielle Bradbery and Gente De Zonas to name a few. She just recently had a song called R.I.P. with Sofia Reyes, Rita Ora and Anita that went multi-platinum in US, Peru, Brazil and Mexico. Shari also has songs coming out with Lauv/Sofia Reyes and Armin Van Buuren this spring.

Shari toured as a back ground singer for two years with Demi Lovato and is the front woman of indie/alternative band 3 One Oh with over 40 placements in film/TV this past year alone. They currently have the song “I Want It” in the new Google Pixel 4 commercial.

Shari also runs her own management company in L.A. called

Shortwave Management where she manages artists and producers.

Their credits include Platinum BTS album; “Love Yourself”. Also for 2 years she was the CEO of indie record label RM and signed Michelle Williams (former member of Destiny’s Child). Shari is very passionate about the many hats she wears in the music industry. She especially loves educating, encouraging and empowering the next generation of musicians, artists and business execs.
